the configuration ive ordered is:
-Intel(R) Core(TM)2Duo Processor T7500
-NVIDIA(R) GeForce(TM) 8600M GT with 256MB GDDR2 dedicated graphic memory
(the same card that the macbook pro has)
-15.4" UltraSharp(TM) Widescreen WSXGA+ (1680x1050) Display with Truelife(TM)
-250GB SATA Hard Drive
-4GB ( 2 X 2048MB ) 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM
-Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945 Dual Band 802.11a/g 54Mbps Wireless Mini Card
-9-cell 85Whr Lithium Ion Primary Battery
-Spring Green Color with Microsatin Finish and camera
-vista home premium
(i plan on dual booting it with ubuntu7.1, now that dell provides all the drivers)
i was initially planning on getting a tablet pc, but once i foundout that the maximum pen sensitivity available is 250 pressure levels... i figured it made more sense to go for a decent laptop and buy a wacom intuous tablet n stylus(1024 levels of pressure sensitivity) in a few more months.
