Giant statue in lost revealed...sort of.

In season 2 of Lost, a statue of a four-toed left foot on the shore of the Island was seen from the sailboat by Sayid, Sun and Jin as they were sailing to the Others' camp. ("Live Together, Die Alone") Upon seeing the statue, Sayid remarked "I don't know what I find more disquieting: the fact that the rest of the statue is missing, or that it has four toes." (refer to Lostpedia here)

in this week's season5 episode "LaFleur", a statue made of similar material to the foot and also in a similar location near the ocean was seen from the back by Sawyer, Jin, Juliet and Miles following the flash that occurred as Locke was descending the well to turn the frozen wheel. ("LaFleur") It is unknown if this statue is the same as the ruins previously seen by Sayid. It appears that it might be the same. (refer to Lostpedia here)

Incidently this wasn't even the REALLY MINDBLOWING part of the epsiode!
