Augmented Reality plugin for Google Sketchup

Found this trial plugin today. it lets me view my old sketchup models in AR !!!
the plugin is called AR-media™ Plugin v1.1 for Google SketchUp™ you can get it here or at http://www.inglobetechnologies.com/en/products/arplugin_su/info.php
heres some of the stuff i did a while back.. now in AR!!!

medievel castle

(original post)

dune buggy

(original post)

boat

(original post)

and some other stuff.. to check how it handles complex or multiple objects

and heres some architectural design plans for a restaurant called Cirrus by my friend KT Thomas at Flip Design Pvt. Ltd.

currently the plugin has a tough time rendering textures.. so i suggest u use only colour fills for now.. also it does have problems with normal maps sometimes.

detailed installation instructions are below in the comments thread >

yes you need to-1) install the plugin2) have a webcam plugged in and working(try it with skype or msn to check)3) load your model in sketchup and click the plugin button4) it takes a few seconds to convert the file and load up the AR app5) print out this file - c:/program files/ARplugin 1.1 (Trial Version)/docs/Marker.pdf6) the print out should look like this(if you don't have a printer close by, load the image on your mobilephone and point it at the web cam)
