for those of you who have been living under a rock, Miro is an opensource internet tv player like Joost(TM) and others, except that its 100% free and available on most platforms.
Miro Guide is the place where all internet tv channels available on miro are listed. Some of my favourite channels listed here are The TED talks, Epic Fu, Xplay, Diggnation, TRS and many others (has thousands of free video feeds ,many in HD).

my own channel got approved by miro guide and went up sometime back, but its also got a lot of junk on it :) compared to the work related stuff you'l find on the flip channel.
