basically you can use any image/photograph, with a face on it and make it talk using this app
you basically match these nodes as accurately as you can and then leave the rest to the software
you can also add teeth and eyes from the library
(yes they have normal eyes and teeth to choose from as well)
it works really well with photographs

it interfaces with your webcam's software...so any program that uses the webcam for a "live" streaming image as the avatar, can use it..including msn messenger
