budget satelites?

while ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation) spends billions of taxpayer cash on arcane technology(to be fare they have a pretty good success rate).. Google has been sending up androids .. in styrofoam beer coolers.. attached to weather balloons..

all to test the performance of the devices' GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope etc.. one can only wonder how ridiculously inexpensive it would eventually be to put a fully functional satellite in orbit.

for now if you want to make your own trackable weather balloon, head over here to The Led Zeppelin Project for complete DIY instructions on how to make your own..with an even smaller budget than Google's!

It is a technology that inserts a mark that only the original owner knows in original data such as text, image, video, and audio so that the human eye or ear cannot distinguish it.
